Service Terms

Engagement & Payment.

By engaging Two Tones Co. for any service, you agree to the following terms. We operate with clear documentation to ensure project success and financial transparency.

Engagement: All work subject to a signed SOW or Master Services Agreement.
SOW Scope: Governs deliverables, timelines, and specific fees.
Project Work: 50% deposit on signing, balance on milestones.
Retainers: Invoiced monthly in advance.
Timeline: Standard payment terms are 14 days.

Legal Policy

Compliance & IP.

We take confidentiality and property rights seriously. These terms protect both parties' assets and ensure a secure working environment.

Intellectual Property: All deliverables transfer to client on full payment.
Portfolio Rights: Two Tones Co. may display work unless opted-out in writing.
Confidentiality: Mutual protection of all non-public information shared.
Liability: Limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
